I play the game Critical Ops on the Android platform. On Friday, August 29, 2025, at 16:00, I was unfairly banned even though I did not use any cheats. A player on my team was using cheats, and I was punished because of that. My username is Red EyeX. The ban duration was set to 14 days, and issues like this have been happening repeatedly for about five months—approximately ten times in total.

I contacted the game’s support team regarding this matter, but they did not offer any solution or assistance. I am playing on a Redmi 12s device. My account has no payments or purchased content.

I request that the ban be lifted and that these unfair bans stop happening in the future. Being repeatedly punished like this seriously affects my enjoyment of the game. I want my account to be reopened immediately and the necessary measures taken to prevent similar issues from happening again.
