Karcher Sold Me a Faulty SC3 Easy Fix Plus and Ignored Me for Two Months

I purchased the Karcher SC3 Easy Fix Plus steam cleaner via Trendyol, and it broke down after just two uses. I immediately contacted Karcher customer service, was given a shipping code, and sent the product to the authorized service center. It has now been two full months, and I haven’t received any updates. Despite calling multiple times, I still haven’t been provided with clear information. I don’t know whether the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded—no communication whatsoever. It’s extremely disappointing that a globally recognized brand cannot resolve such a basic issue in a reasonable time, which clearly reflects how little they value customer satisfaction. Experiencing such neglect and slow service with a product I trusted and purchased from a major platform like Trendyol has left me deeply frustrated. I have been unable to use the product for two months, and still, there is no resolution. I am highly dissatisfied with Karcher’s brand and service approach. I urgently request information and expect my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
