Karcher SC 3 EasyFix Stopped Working After 11 Months—Still Paying Installments

I purchased the Karcher SC 3 EasyFix model about 11 months ago, and I still have 7 installments left to pay—I'm not even done paying for it yet! The machine is now showing a red warning light and not producing any steam. I used it only 5 times, and today it broke down. This is extremely disappointing. I paid a significant amount of money, and to have it fail so soon is very upsetting. I expected much better quality and durability from Karcher.

I request immediate assistance to resolve this issue. I need a repair or replacement for my machine, as it’s unacceptable for a product to malfunction within such a short period, especially while I'm still paying for it.
