I received an SC4 EasyFix Plus steam cleaner as a gift directly from their website, and it arrived quickly. But that's where the good experience ended and the nightmare began.
Upon setup, the product simply wouldn't produce any steam. After contacting customer service, I sent the unit in for repair. I called them five or six times, and despite repeatedly requesting a replacement for this brand-new, faulty device, the same unit was inexplicably sent back to me after more than 40 days! The service report only indicated a water pump replacement.
To my utter frustration, after setting it up again, the steamer worked for a maximum of five minutes before it stopped producing steam entirely. I immediately opened another service request and sent it back again. I still have no idea where my steam cleaner is or when I'll get a working unit.
This is completely unacceptable for a brand that prides itself on quality. I'm stuck in an endless loop of receiving a defective product, sending it for repair, and getting it back still broken. Karcher, you need to replace my SC4 EasyFix Plus steam cleaner with a brand-new, fully functional unit immediately! This back-and-forth is a waste of my time and a complete failure of your product and service.
