I bought a steam cleaning machine from Karcher, thinking, “It’s German-made, so it must be good.” If I had known how negligent their Turkish distributors were, I would have chosen a cheaper brand instead. I only used the product once, and when I tried to use it a second time, it didn’t work. I immediately created a service request. A courier company came to pick it up from my home, and supposedly, it took 9 days just to get from Ümraniye to Hadımköy. I don’t know what happened to the machine on the way, but it’s ridiculous that it took 9 days to get there. Since February 20th, I have been waiting for my machine. I have no complaints about the brand itself, but in Turkey, you should never buy from them unless you’re prepared to wait for months. At this point, it has become consumer fraud, so I have taken the necessary legal actions. I wanted to share my experience here so that others can see it when they do their research and understand the poor quality of their service.
