I Can’t Use My Karcher Steam Cleaner—Water Warning Light Stays On

I purchased a Karcher steam cleaner expecting a quality product backed by reliable support. Unfortunately, I’ve been completely let down. From the moment I started using it, the water warning light has been constantly flashing, even though there’s enough water in the tank. The machine won’t produce steam, making it totally unusable.

When I contacted Karcher customer service, I was shocked to hear that their steam cleaners don’t have authorized service or warranty support. Their only advice was to “check YouTube or the internet” for a solution. I couldn’t believe that a well-known brand would refuse to stand behind their product like this.

I spent good money on what I believed was a reputable machine. Now I’m stuck with a faulty device and zero support. If I had known this in advance, I would’ve never chosen Karcher. The red faucet symbol remains lit, and I have no way to resolve it without professional help.
