Hello, I purchased a Karcher SC3 Deluxe steam cleaner and started having issues just one day after using it. The device showed a “filter error” warning, but it temporarily disappeared after unplugging and plugging it back in. I figured it was a minor glitch. However, less than a month later, the same filter error returned, and this time it wouldn’t go away no matter what I tried.

Since the product was still very new, I sent it to the authorized service center. According to tracking, the product was delivered on April 3, 2025, and confirmed received by the service team on April 7, 2025. But since then, I have received no updates whatsoever. I’ve called Karcher customer support over 10 times, and each time they promise a callback—but no one ever follows up.

Karcher may manufacture quality devices, but this kind of customer neglect and lack of after-sales support is extremely frustrating. They open a service ticket and leave it unresolved, with no assigned agent to actually help.

I demand that my product be repaired or replaced immediately and that Karcher take accountability for the delay and lack of communication. Ignoring customers isn’t acceptable—stand behind your products and your promises.
