Karcher Turkey Customer Relations and Authorized Service Not Working

Karcher Turkey's customer relations and service have been an absolute nightmare for me. I've tried calling them about 50 times a day, but no one answers. I've sent emails, but they haven't responded. They sold me a defective product that arrived in a broken state. Despite the fact that I brought it to their service center, they claimed there was nothing wrong with it. The product, however, does not work at all; it sprays water from every angle, even scalding my hand when I try to operate it. Karcher's steam cleaners are well-known for their quality, but their service and customer relations in our country are abysmal. I'd read similar complaints from others and assumed it wouldn't happen to me, but here I am, unable to get help or support.
