ı contacting you regarding an issue with my reservation made Agoda.

Reservation details:

* Hotel: B&B Hotel Amsterdam-Zaandam
* Booking Number: 221-5588438
* Stay Date: April 9–10, 2026

ı understood that the city tax was already included/paid during the Booking process. However, upon check-in at the Hotel, ı was charged again an additional **€11.26 for city tax**.

I have attached the Hotel invoice and credit card receipt as proof.

This resulted in a duplicate charge. I kindly request a review of this issue and a refund of the extra amount charged.

Please let me know if any further information or documentation is required.
