I'm dissatisfied with the overall quality of some of my online purchased/in-store Zara items, I need to return them and get a partial refund, how can I do that?

To receive a partial refund, you must state the reason for the return. If you believe the item does not meet the claimed quality, you will need to provide evidence. This could be a photo of the defect or a recording of a conversation with a store employee.
