On September 24, I purchased pants from Zara’s online store (item code: 1733/671, order no: 5433*****58). The order was delivered to me on September 25. Without ever wearing the item, I washed the pants at 30 degrees on a short 15-minute cycle. However, after this wash, the hems and pocket areas developed tears/holes.
It is unacceptable for a product to become damaged this quickly without even being worn. Since September 25, I have been trying to reach Zara customer service by phone, but I have not been able to get through to anyone. I still have the receipt for the product and would like to request a return. I paid 1,090 TL for these pants and expect the return process to be initiated immediately. I am requesting a prompt response from customer service and for my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.
