Zara Did Not Refund My Returned Order After 10 Days
On August 20, I returned the products I purchased from Zara because they were sent incorrectly. My items were delivered to the Zara return center via DHL eCommerce. However, even after 10 days, the refund of ₺4,180 to my credit card has not been processed. I contacted customer service through WhatsApp and was told I would receive a response via email as soon as possible, but I have not received any reply so far. The items I returned were unused and within Zara’s return policy. I request that my return process be completed promptly and the amount I paid refunded to my credit card.
