Domino’s Delivered Cold, Inedible Food via Yemeksepeti, and My Refund Request Was Rejected
On 13 December 2025 at around 17:39, I placed an order from Domino’s via Yemeksepeti and paid online. The products were delivered extremely cold, the pizza was almost stone-hard and inedible, and the chicken pieces had a rubber-like texture. From this order, I could only eat one slice; the rest was not suitable for consumption. After this experience, I contacted Yemeksepeti customer service. Instead of offering a solution, they said that they could not do anything for this past order and that they would only take precautions for the future. They also stated that Domino’s does not accept refunds or product changes, which made me feel that my complaint was not taken seriously. I paid for a hot and fresh meal, but received food that was clearly not in that condition and could not be properly consumed. I request a full refund of the amount I paid for this order and expect my complaint to be taken seriously and handled accordingly.
