Zara Not Refunding My Return — $37 Still Missing

I returned the item I purchased online from Zara on the 19th of last month, but even though 14 days have passed, I still haven’t received my refund. My order number is 151756933.

No refund has been reflected in my bank account; I am waiting for the $37 refund to be returned to my Ziraat Bank card. So far, I have received neither a notification nor any payment.

I request that my return be reviewed immediately, that the $37 refund be deposited back to my Ziraat card as soon as possible, and that I be clearly informed about the status of the process.
