I Face Missing Safety Seals on Clinique Products Bought Online


The “Clinique 3-Piece Eye Makeup Favorites Set” that I purchased through Hepsiburada on November 8 was delivered to my address in Salihli, Manisa. My order number is 448 023 974 3. The box contained three products, but none of the items had a protective seal. Seeing Clinique products without protective seals was both surprising and concerning to me. Products like these can dry out quickly and become unusable if they have been opened before. I also believe that for a premium brand sold at high prices, having protective seals should be mandatory.
I contacted Hepsiburada customer service to report the issue. I was told that I would need to either contact the brand directly or return the product, and that an exchange was not possible. However, I purchased this product for $25 by using both World reward points earned through my bank and discounts available on Hepsiburada. The cash value of the World points I used is approximately $12. If I return the product, I will lose both my reward points and my discount benefits, which would cause me a clear disadvantage.
This is the first time I have experienced such an issue. I request that the product be provided with proper protective seals and that my inconvenience be resolved without causing further loss on my part.
