On December 7, 2024, I purchased a short coat from Zara. To my shock, by the third day of wearing it, the entire coat had already become covered with fabric pilling. I could not believe that a brand like Zara would sell a product that deteriorates so quickly.

I tried to contact Zara via WhatsApp, as there was no other way to reach a representative, but my message was never answered. I received no assistance regarding an exchange or refund, despite clearly stating the issue.

I am very disappointed, both with the poor quality of the coat and the complete lack of customer support. I request that Zara provide me with a proper resolution—either a replacement or a refund.
