I Face GetYourGuide Tour Bus Leaving Without Picking Us Up in Bucharest

On October 10, 2025, we purchased a Bucharest Dracula Castle tour for two people through GetYourGuide (reservation code: gygn6fhbm224). We arrived at the designated meeting point, Universitate Bucharest, 7 minutes early. However, the tour minibus left without picking us up. Even though we knocked on the driver’s door and asked them to open it, the door was not opened and we were unable to join the tour.
We immediately reported this issue to GetYourGuide customer support. Despite calling the phone number provided to us multiple times, we were unable to reach anyone and no solution was offered. We were also not given any information about canceling the tour or receiving a refund.
We are requesting a full refund of $60, which we paid by credit card for this two-person tour. Since it was our last day in Bucharest, we are not seeking an alternative solution—we only expect our refund.
