Zara Declined My Return on a Defective Item After Minimal Use

I wore the sweater I received from my Zara online order just once, and when I took it off to wash it, I noticed a hole in the back. I only wore it for about two hours, and I didn’t even take off my coat during that time. There is absolutely no way I could have torn it myself — the hole isn’t even near the tag where something could have ripped while removing it. I explained this to the staff at the store, but unfortunately they refused not only a refund but even an exchange. They told me I should get it repaired and didn’t process anything for me.

I find this completely unacceptable for a brand like Zara. I request that my issue be resolved and that my inconvenience be addressed properly.
