Zara App Won’t Issue New Return Code After Old One Expired

I created a return code on Sunday, November 23, through the Zara app in order to return a pair of pants I purchased. However, after one week passed, the shipping company told me that the code had expired and therefore they could not accept the package.
I then tried to request a new return code from Zara, but the app does not allow me to generate another one since a previous code already exists. I also cannot find a customer service phone number for Zara, so I have no way to report the issue directly.
I request that my old return code be canceled and that a new return code be issued so I can return the pants without any problems.
