Zara Coat Pilled Heavily in One Week—Requesting Exchange or Refund

I purchased a long coat from the women’s section at a Zara store on November 14, 2025. Not even a week after buying it, the coat began pilling heavily all over. Even though I purchased it while traveling and trusted the quality of the product, experiencing this level of deterioration in such a short time has been extremely disappointing.
I don’t believe such rapid wear and pilling reflects Zara’s quality standards in any way. I reported the issue through your WhatsApp support line, but I have not received any response. I feel let down both in terms of product quality and customer communication.
I request that this coat be inspected and that an exchange, refund, or a satisfactory solution be offered. I also ask that my WhatsApp support request finally receive a response.
