I Face GetYourGuide Ruining My Trip by Canceling Lake Fuji Tour
On October 15, I purchased tickets for a Lake Fuji tour through GetYourGuide, paying $100 USD by credit card. On October 16, the actual tour date, our tour was canceled at the last minute with no prior notice, based on the excuse that there were no available spots. Because of this sudden cancellation, our entire day was wasted and we experienced serious inconvenience.
After the cancellation, I contacted customer support, but I was only told that I needed to wait. No refund has been issued to this day. I am requesting a full refund of my payment, as well as additional compensation for the inconvenience and disruption I experienced. I also ask that GetYourGuide take the necessary steps to ensure that situations like this do not happen again.
