Zara Refused Perfume Return Due To Box Damage Caused By Poor Packaging

I recently purchased a Zara Vibrant perfume from Zara store. The product was given to me in a poor-quality box and it was not properly protected with a suitable bag or packaging. Within about a week of purchase, I went to Zara store today to return the perfume. However, the staff there refused to accept the return on the grounds that the box was deformed. I find it unfair that a return is rejected due to box deformation when the product was not properly packaged by the store in the first place. I request that the return of my Zara Vibrant perfume be accepted and that the full amount I paid be refunded, and I also expect Zara to pay more attention to packaging so that customers are not victimized in this way.
