Zara Refused My Trench Coat Return After 3 Days of Use

On September 27, 2025, I purchased a trench coat from Zara at Ponora Mall for ₺5,690. The next day, I wore it for only about an hour and a half, and the sleeves collapsed like cardboard, leaving the entire coat full of deep wrinkles.
On September 30, 2025, I took the product to Zara’s Ankamall store in Ankara to request a return. However, the staff member who claimed to be the manager rejected my return request outright—without even inspecting or evaluating the product. They refused to acknowledge the poor fabric quality and offered me no assistance.
While in the store, I also overheard employees talking behind my back, which I found extremely disrespectful. Despite my 30-day right to return, my request was denied for a product I had bought only 3 days earlier and worn for less than 2 hours. The poor fabric quality combined with Zara’s refusal to help has left me unfairly treated. I demand a full return of this item. If my problem is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
