It was very bad. From the very beginning of the workshop, I specifically asked for Ocean oil, but it was never brought to me. Everyone else received attention, and when it was finally my turn, there was suddenly no time. Just as I was mixing, smelling, and trying to ask questions, the instructor would immediately walk away to help others and then move on to the next step.
When I asked, “Can you help me?” the instructor seemed annoyed, displayed strange attitudes, and acted uncomfortable. Because I couldn’t add the oil to my perfume, I also ran out of time to properly evaluate or comment on it. If the oil had been given to me at the beginning, I could have thought about my perfume while they were helping others.
I communicated this issue directly, but the response was, “I give everyone individual attention.” That was not my point. I wasn’t asking for constant attention—I just wanted to be able to continue my own experience independently while others were being helped. Instead, we were left waiting idly for an entire hour, which completely ruined the experience.
