Zara Making Returns Impossible by Requiring DHL Drop-Off
We made an online purchase from Zara, and for the return process they are directing us to DHL — a shipping company that doesn’t even operate in our district. Are we really expected to go all the way to the city center just to make a simple return? They won’t allow us to use any of the local shipping companies for the return.
When we ask for a phone number through live chat, they reply with scripted responses. When we ask for an email address, they end the conversation without answering. The entire process is extremely unhelpful and frustrating.
