I have been unable to properly watch the Super League package I purchased through Tod TV since the beginning of the season. Even though I have a 1,000 Mbps fiber internet connection at home, the broadcast on the Tod TV app constantly freezes and stutters, especially during live matches, making it impossible to watch smoothly. No error code or warning appears on the screen; the stream simply stops and resumes repeatedly.
I try to watch the broadcasts using the Tod TV app on a Vestel Android TV, and the same issue occurs during every match. Not only am I unable to enjoy the games, but I also feel that I am not receiving the service I paid for. Throughout this process, I have tried to contact Tod TV customer service multiple times, but I was unable to reach any representative and received no support at all.
I am experiencing serious inconvenience due to both the poor streaming quality and the lack of customer support. Because I cannot properly use the service, I request a full refund of the $113 that I paid upfront for the annualSuper League package.
