Zara Boots Order Returned By Cargox Without Delivery or Notice

I ordered a pair of boots from Zara’s online store, but my order was not delivered to me by Cargox for an entire week and was returned to Zara’s warehouse without any notice. I was never contacted or informed about the shipment with tracking number 23507654646100100037, and I received no updates throughout the process. When I reached out to Zara customer service, I was told that the item would not be resent and that only a refund would be issued. However, I want the boots I ordered to be shipped again to the same address. There is no mistake in my address information, and I live within Istanbul. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and I want this problem resolved. I kindly request that my order be sent again and that the inconvenience I experienced be addressed.
