Zara Femme and Nuit Perfume Set From Palladium Store Has No Scent and Misleading Sales

In September, I purchased a Zara perfume set (Femme and Nuit) from the Palladium Zara store, paying around ₺1,050. Having used Nuit before, I immediately noticed that this time the fragrance was very different and had almost no lasting power. The scent disappeared right after spraying, and I faced the same issue with both Femme and Nuit perfumes.

Additionally, at the store, I wanted to purchase only one perfume, but I was told that I had to buy the set. Even though Nuit is sold individually, I was not given this option. No information about a warranty, return, or exchange policy was provided during the purchase.

I am very disappointed that both perfumes turned out to be of such poor quality and that I was pushed into buying the set. I demand a proper explanation and a full refund for these products.
