Scannero charged me after the trial, how can I cancel and get a refund quickly?

If you were charged by Scannero after the trial, cancel your account right away.

Find the "Contact" section on Scannero's home page, scroll down, hit "Unsubscribe," enter your email address, and type "Agree" as directed.

Then, go to "Account" in your account and click "Cancel Subscription."

Scannero's policy says that returns aren't given if the service was used during the trial period and auto-renewal wasn't turned off.

But you might be able to get your money back if you didn't use the service or stopped within 14 days.

You can get in touch with Scannero help through their Zendesk portal or by emailing [email protected] with information about your account and transactions.
