Scannero Wrongly Charged ₺8,378 Instead of ₺26 and Ignored Refund Requests

I signed up for what I believed was a one-day Scannero subscription, clearly shown as a ₺26 charge. However, to my shock, instead of the small trial fee, Scannero suddenly withdrew ₺8,378 from my account without any warning, confirmation email, or notification. This kind of unauthorized overcharging is completely unacceptable.
The payment was processed in full immediately, and I never received any prior notice about such a large deduction. I have sent multiple emails to Scannero’s support team demanding a refund, but I have not received any response or acknowledgment so far. Being ignored after such a major financial mistake has only added to my frustration and stress.
I demand that Scannero immediately cancel this unauthorized transaction and refund the entire amount of ₺8,378 without delay. I also expect the company to review its billing process and provide customers with clear notifications before charging such large sums. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot trust Scannero’s services. Urgent action is required.
