Unauthorized Charge From Scannero.io
On November 6, 2025, at 22:36:44, I subscribed to a trial on Scannero. They stated it was a 24-hour trial, but later the same day at 23:40, a charge of IDR 790,476 was withdrawn from my Mandiri account by the website Scannero. This transaction was made completely without my knowledge or authorization, and I never intended to start a paid subscription with them. So far, I have not received any response from either Scannero or my bank regarding this issue. The last four digits of my card are 1748. I request that this transaction be canceled and the withdrawn amount refunded to my account. I also ask that my issue be resolved urgently, as this unauthorized charge has caused me serious inconvenience.
