Zurich Insurance Claim File Missing and Customer Service Unreachable
Following a traffic accident I was involved in on 27 July, a vehicle depreciation claim file (diminished value claim) was opened with Zurich Insurance on 10 September under file number 1517428. However, whenever I try to check the status of my claim using the file number provided to me, I am told that no such record exists in the system. As a result, I am unable to access any information about my claim or find out what stage the process has reached.
Despite calling customer service numerous times, I have been unable to get through to an agent or speak with an authorised representative. Providing me with a claim number and then stating that no such file exists in the system, combined with the complete lack of communication from customer service, has brought the entire process to a standstill.
I urgently request that Zurich Insurance make my vehicle depreciation claim file visible and accessible in its system, provide me with clear and accurate written information about its current status, and resolve the ongoing communication issues. I also expect the inconvenience and hardship caused by these prolonged delays and the inability to obtain assistance to be taken into consideration.
