I signed up for Scannero’s daily service and paid the advertised fee of ₺39.90, expecting a one-time, low-cost trial. Three days later, I was shocked to see an unauthorized withdrawal of ₺990 from my account. I never agreed to that larger charge, and this bait-and-switch feels like outright fraud. I trusted Scannero’s pricing, but instead my balance was drained significantly more than the trial fee.
When I attempted to resolve the issue, I found no reliable customer support or clear contact person. Every message goes unanswered or offers vague reassurance with no refund or explanation. This is unacceptable: Scannero must immediately cancel any unauthorized charges, refund the full ₺990, and confirm in writing that my subscription is fully terminated. They also need to clarify billing practices so other users aren’t tricked into hefty fees.
Scannero, restore my money at once and improve your transparency and support protocols. If you fail to act promptly, I will escalate the matter through consumer protection agencies and share my experience publicly to warn others about these hidden charges.
