On 13.08.2025, I purchased Scannero’s trial version for ₺29, expecting it to be a one-time payment. However, without my knowledge or consent, an additional ₺579 was withdrawn from my Papara card. I never approved this charge, and at no point did I agree to a full subscription plan. This unauthorized transaction has caused me both financial loss and frustration.
To resolve the issue, I attempted to contact Scannero’s customer service, but I did not receive any response. The lack of communication makes the situation even worse, as I am left with no official explanation or support. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem with an online service, and it raises serious concerns about the company’s billing practices.
I am demanding that Scannero immediately refund the unauthorized ₺579 that was charged to my card. I also expect them to review their billing process to ensure that customers are not charged beyond their initial consent. A prompt resolution and clear explanation are necessary to restore trust.
