Scannero Subscription Charged ₺1000 Without My Authorization

On 12.08.2025, I authorized a small payment of ₺29 using my Ziraat Bank credit card (last four digits: 4465). However, to my shock, I later discovered that an additional ₺1000 was withdrawn from my account under the name of a subscription with http://scannero.org/
without my knowledge or consent. I never agreed to this subscription, nor did I approve any recurring payment of this amount.

This is the first time I have ever experienced such an issue, and it is unacceptable that my card was charged without authorization. I did not sign up for any premium plan, nor did I receive any notification or confirmation regarding this charge. Unauthorized transactions like this create serious financial harm and completely destroy consumer trust.

I demand that Scannero immediately cancel this unauthorized subscription and refund the full amount of ₺1000 back to my credit card as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of how such a withdrawal was processed without my approval. If this matter is not resolved quickly, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue through official consumer protection channels.
