StarMaker Complaint About Harassment and Abusive Messages

I am writing to report a user for abusive behavior in a Starmaker chat room and to request that action be taken. The incident happened today, 4 November, in a chat room on the platform. The user I am reporting uses the ID 100148238742 and appears with the name ANKUSH-POWER. This user behaved abusively in the chat room, and their messages and attitude made me feel harassed and uncomfortable while using the application. I am asking Starmaker to review this user’s activity, check the relevant chat records and the attached screenshot, and suspend this account if the abusive behavior is confirmed. I would like to be able to use the platform safely without being exposed to such behavior again.
