I discovered that Scannero has been withdrawing money from my account for two months even though I never signed up or authorized any subscription. I feel violated and powerless because I can’t find anyone at Scannero to address this. I’ve already filed complaints through official government channels, but I’ve received no response or acknowledgment. My bank statements show repeated charges; this unauthorized billing must stop immediately.
I demand that Scannero provide a clear explanation for how my account data was obtained, cancel any active or hidden subscription linked to me, and refund every unauthorized charge in full. There must be a reachable customer support contact who takes responsibility—hiding behind silence only worsens the harm to customers. If Scannero values its reputation, it should resolve this promptly, confirm the refund in writing, and implement transparent billing and cancellation processes so others aren’t trapped in the same situation.
