Garena Support Needed to Recover Original Free Fire MAX Progress
I am writing to report a serious issue with my Free Fire MAX account, which was originally linked to my Google account.
My Google account is still working normally. However, whenever I open Free Fire MAX and log in using the same Google account, the game creates a new player ID instead of opening my original account. Meanwhile, my original Free Fire MAX account appears to be in the possession of another person.
This issue started around September. Before then, I always logged in to Free Fire MAX using my Google account and accessed my main player ID without any problems. I never shared my account with anyone, sold it, or authorized anyone else to access or use it.
I strongly suspect that my Free Fire MAX account was hacked and that the recovery email address or other account details were changed without my permission, resulting in the loss of access.
I had invested approximately 1,000 in in-game purchases, including items and top-ups. I can no longer access my original account or enjoy the progress and purchases I made, while someone else appears to be using the account.
I kindly request that Garena's support team thoroughly investigate this incident, identify the original Free Fire MAX account linked to my Google account, and restore full access to me, including all my previous progress, items, and purchases.
If restoring the account is not possible, I request that the compromised account be disabled to prevent further unauthorized use and that Garena provide a fair solution regarding the money I invested in it.
I am willing to provide any additional information or evidence required to verify my ownership, including a video recording showing the login issue and any other relevant account details.
Please review my case carefully and help me recover my original Free Fire MAX account as soon as possible. I would appreciate your assistance in restoring my account and protecting my previous progress and purchases.
