Scannero Charged Me and Blocked Access With '423 Forbidden Error'

I was charged by Scannero without my consent, and it was supposed to be a trial. I’m trying to log in to the app, but it keeps denying me access with a “423 Forbidden” error. It says the email I used is not recognized and claims I’m not a known customer. This is very upsetting because my money keeps getting deducted again and again, and I can’t even access the service.
