On April 13, 2025, I signed up for Scannero expecting to pay the advertised trial fee of ₺29.71. Instead, I was shocked to see an additional unauthorized charge of ₺997.92 taken from my account. I never agreed to that larger fee, nor was I given a clear explanation or warning that my card would be billed again at a much higher rate. This bait-and-switch billing is unacceptable and feels like outright fraud.

I demand an immediate refund of the full ₺997.92 and confirmation that my subscription is fully canceled so no further charges occur. Scannero must contact me promptly to explain how this happened and what steps they will take to prevent it in the future. How can a service advertise a small trial cost and then slip in a huge fee without explicit consent? I expect transparent billing practices and a reliable way to opt out, not hidden charges that drain my account.

Scannero, resolve this now: refund my money, cancel any active subscription tied to my account, and provide written confirmation that no further withdrawals will be made.
