Scannero Charged Me Twice Without Consent, I Demand a Full Refund

I am filing a serious complaint against the Scannero app for unauthorized transactions. My card was charged twice without my permission or any prior notification. I did not approve any recurring payments, nor was I informed that additional charges would be made. This is not a small amount—we're talking about a significant withdrawal, and I am extremely upset.
I expect a full investigation and refund immediately. If I do not receive a prompt and satisfactory response, I will not hesitate to escalate this to the police and relevant consumer protection authorities. This is unacceptable and highly unethical behavior from any service, especially one that holds access to personal and financial data.
Scannero, you must return my money right away and provide an explanation for how this happened without my approval. I won’t allow this to be swept under the rug.
