I Subscribed to Scannero App Demo But It Auto-Renewed Into High Fees

I signed up for Scannero’s one-day demo version for ₺26, but the app doesn’t work at all—and worse, it automatically converts you into a full subscription unless you actively cancel. I never agreed to a recurring plan, yet as soon as the demo ended, I was enrolled in a pricey subscription without my consent. This feels like a trap: you try the “demo,” which fails to deliver any useful service, and then Scannero starts charging large amounts continuously.
When I discovered the automatic renewal, I panicked because I saw that substantial charges would keep hitting my account unless I went into my profile and canceled immediately. There’s no clear warning or reminder that the demo would roll into a paid plan, so unsuspecting users can easily end up paying far more than expected. I demand that Scannero stop these unauthorized renewals, refund any charges taken without explicit permission, and simplify the cancellation process so no one else is forced into unwanted subscriptions. Scannero must be transparent about billing and provide a reliable way to opt out before charging extra fees. Please address this immediately and confirm that my subscription is canceled and my money returned.
