I Subscribed to Scannero Trial and They Charged Without Consent

I signed up for Scannero because they advertised a trial fee of ₺29, but instead they withdrew ₺997 from my account without my permission. I never agreed to that full charge—only the small trial—yet after I entered my payment details, they processed a much larger fee behind my back. When I noticed the unexpected withdrawal, I immediately contacted my bank and canceled my virtual card to block further charges. This bait-and-switch practice is unacceptable and feels like outright fraud.
I have tried reaching Scannero’s customer service, but they offer no clear contact or explanation. I demand an immediate refund of the full ₺997 and confirmation that my subscription is canceled. If Scannero fails to resolve this, I will escalate via CİMER, consumer protection agencies, and legal channels. Scannero must also clarify its billing terms transparently so other users aren’t tricked into hidden fees.
