Citroën C3 Aircross Repair Delayed for 83 Days in Turkey
2

I am writing this complaint because, despite repeatedly reporting the serious problems we have experienced with our brand-new 2026 Citroën C3 Aircross to Citroën Turkey, we have still not received any concrete solution.

We purchased our 2026 Citroën C3 Aircross brand-new in May 2026. On August 7, 2026, we were involved in a traffic accident in which the other party was found to be 100% at fault. We delivered our vehicle to the authorized Citroën service center, Neskar Bursa, on August 10. We were informed that the necessary spare parts had been ordered on August 13. However, as of November 1, 2026, 83 calendar days have passed, and the repair is still incomplete. We are continually told that spare parts are being awaited from abroad, but no definite delivery date is available, and no one can tell us when our vehicle will be fully repaired.

During this process, we were forced to take our vehicle back in its current incomplete and unsafe condition, and we are now having to use it this way. The tailgate does not close properly, the doors cannot be locked, and a "boot open" warning alarm sounds approximately every five seconds. Since the doors cannot be locked, the vehicle is vulnerable to theft and unauthorized access. Despite these serious security risks, the authorized service center told us that we could continue using the vehicle in this condition. We find it unacceptable that customers should be forced to use a newly purchased vehicle under such circumstances.

We have contacted Citroën Turkey Customer Relations numerous times by phone and submitted several complaints by email. However, the responses we have received have been limited to opening complaint records and sending generic, standard updates. No concrete action has been taken to resolve our problem, and we have been unable to speak with anyone who genuinely takes responsibility for managing the situation. We believe that a brand's after-sales service should involve more than simply registering complaints and informing customers that their requests have been received.

Under the Turkish After-Sales Services Regulation, the maximum repair period for passenger cars is generally set at 45 working days. The repair process for our vehicle has exceeded this period. We expect this matter to be assessed from a legal perspective and for the responsible parties at Citroën Turkey and the authorized service center to take the necessary action. We want this issue to be treated with the seriousness it deserves.

We were extremely satisfied with our vehicle when we first purchased it. However, Citroën's approach to after-sales service and our experience throughout this process have completely undermined our trust in the brand and erased the satisfaction we initially had.

We no longer want vague explanations, further delays, or standard apology messages. We want a clear and practical solution.

Our requests are as follows:

Complete all outstanding repairs and return our vehicle to us in a fully repaired, safe, and roadworthy condition.

Provide us with a replacement vehicle of similar specifications until our own vehicle has been fully repaired and handed back to us.

Review and compensate us for the loss of use of our vehicle and the inconvenience and hardship we have experienced.

Provide us with written updates explaining the actions to be taken and a definite timeline for resolving the entire matter.

We expect Citroën Turkey and the authorized Neskar service center in Bursa to take ownership of this situation, ensure that the responsible representatives take action, and deliver a genuine solution rather than further generic responses.

We request that the relevant departments contact us urgently and put an end to this ongoing situation.
