I was shocked to discover that Scannero withdrew extra money from my account without my knowledge or permission. I canceled my subscription but still saw an unauthorized charge, and now I demand immediate resolution. I plan to file a complaint with CİMER and expect Scannero to act quickly to refund the full amount. It’s unacceptable for any service to pull funds after cancellation, and I’m prepared to share my experience across all my social media channels to warn others if this isn’t fixed.

I’ve tried to reach support but received no clear response or trustworthy contact; it feels like Scannero has no accountable representatives. I want written confirmation that my subscription is fully canceled, proof that no further charges will occur, and prompt return of the money taken without consent.
