Scannero Charged My Bank Account Without My Permission or Subscription
On October 11, 2025, at 15:16:44, a charge of ₺1,660 was withdrawn from my Akbank account by a website called Scannero — even though I have never visited this site or even heard of it before. This transaction was made completely without my knowledge or authorization, and I never started any subscription with them.
So far, I haven’t received any response from either Scannero or my bank regarding this issue. The last four digits of my card are 1548.
I request that this transaction be canceled and the withdrawn amount refunded to my account. I also ask that my grievance be resolved urgently, as this unauthorized charge has caused me serious inconvenience.
