After purchasing my Samsung NA64B31100AS countertop stove, a noticeable bend and depression began to appear in the center shortly afterward. This issue has been ongoing for about a month and is clearly visible every time the stove is used. To resolve the problem, I spoke with service and customer support a total of five times, amounting to roughly 30 minutes. The technician who visited claimed that there was nothing wrong with the stove and instead blamed the countertop, stating it was uneven—an incorrect and misleading statement that was written in the service ticket. I did not sign this report. Additionally, even though my complaint was about bending and sinking, the service record incorrectly described it as a “bulge issue.”

I contacted Samsung customer service four times, but they simply repeated what the service team said and provided no independent solution. I have photos and videos clearly proving that the stove is bent and sunken, and I can share them if necessary. My product is still under warranty, and I paid $130 USD for it. I purchased it from Eldem Ticaret in Eskişehir. Throughout this entire process, I have not been able to find anyone who genuinely addressed my complaint or provided a real solution. Receiving such poor service from a major brand has left us disappointed and frustrated.

I request a full refund or a product replacement to resolve this issue.
