Samsung Delivery Elevator Fee And Wrong Fridge Color Issue

I recently made several purchases from Samsung, including 4 televisions, a dryer, 2 fridges, a washing machine and a microwave, delivered to Mardin Artuklu in Türkiye. For all these products, I was charged an extra delivery fee because of the elevator, and when I contacted Samsung customer service about this issue, no solution was offered and I did not receive any explanation or support. In addition to this, I bought a color fridge from Samsung’s official website, samsung.com.tr, using the order numbers TR260126-84794175, TR260201-88382151 and TR260201-88421527. Samsung later told me that there was a problem on their website, so I could not choose the color during the order, and that the service team should have called me to ask which color I wanted. However, no one from the service contacted me to choose the fridge color, and this mistake was left entirely to me as the customer. I contacted Samsung customer service about these issues today and also about two weeks ago. Despite my attempts, I was told that they could not do anything about these problems and that the situation could not be fixed. I find this approach very disappointing, and I feel that my concerns were not taken seriously and that I was not treated fairly. As a result, I request a full refund of the elevator delivery fee charged for all the products delivered to Mardin Artuklu, a change of the fridge door color to the color I originally wanted, and a clear apology for the way this process was handled and for the lack of support and responsibility shown by Samsung customer service.
