Samsung S Wallet App Not Working After Update on Galaxy S25 Edge
Even though I updated the S Wallet app on my Samsung S25 Edge phone, none of the issues I was experiencing have been resolved. In fact, the problems have become worse after the update. Currently, I receive a “device not found” error, and whenever I try to enable NFC, the app suddenly crashes and closes, kicking me out of the application.
Because of these issues, I have been unable to complete address verification within the app for days. Additionally, since I cannot activate NFC payments, I am unable to use contactless payment features, which is causing inconvenience in my daily life.
Although I have contacted Samsung customer service, I have not been provided with any solution or clear information regarding this issue. I request that the errors in the latest version of the app be investigated and resolved as soon as possible, and that the necessary technical fixes be implemented so I can complete address verification and use NFC payments without any issues.
