Samsung Galaxy A17 4G Lagging and Crashing During Games After Only 4 Months
I purchased my Samsung Galaxy A17 4G about four months ago from a Turkcell store. For the past month, I have been experiencing serious performance issues with the device.
When I play games, there is a noticeable drop in performance, and then the game crashes and kicks me out repeatedly. The fact that it even crashes while playing a relatively lightweight game like Brawl Stars—and can barely run Genshin Impact anymore—has made this phone practically unusable for me.
During this time, I contacted customer service and followed every step they recommended. I completed all suggested troubleshooting actions, including performing a full factory reset. However, nothing improved, and the problem continues exactly the same.
I am disappointed and frustrated that such severe performance problems have occurred in such a short period of time. I am not satisfied with the device at all. I plan to take my phone to an authorized service center under warranty tomorrow.
Due to these ongoing and potentially chronic performance issues, I request that my device be thoroughly re-evaluated. If possible, I would like a replacement device or for my request for a refund to be considered.
